By attending events hosted by Eryca Freemantle Ltd or participating in interviews, you grant Eryca Freemantle Ltd the irrevocable and perpetual right to capture, use, edit, reproduce, and distribute any photographs, videos, or audio recordings taken during these events or interviews.
These materials may be used at Eryca Freemantle Ltd’s discretion for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes, including but not limited to:
• Marketing materials (online and offline)
• Social media content
• Advertising campaigns
• Event highlights and recaps
• Educational resources
This permission applies to all forms of media, whether shared publicly or privately, and includes worldwide use without restriction.
All intellectual property rights to the captured materials are owned exclusively by Eryca Freemantle Ltd. No compensation will be provided for the use of these materials.
Eryca Freemantle Ltd. under the R.A.W. Retreat and R.A.W. Travel initiatives, designed to enhance Convaya Travel experiences. We recommend talent and speakers for programs; however, please note that Eryca Freemantle Ltd. is not responsible for the planning or organization of the trips. Rules and procedures can and may change during planning and even on the trip . All planned by Convaya Travel. This includes dates and locations. All speakers recommended by us and participants are given the option to choose to attend or not with notice of date change. We do which to make it clear we are not responsible for changes and we ourselves may not attend if not feasible for us.
Speaker Participation Options:
• Self-Funded Participation: Speakers may finance their own involvement and receive a discounted rate.
• Third-Party Sponsorship: Alternatively, speakers can obtain sponsorship from external parties.
• Enrollment Requirement: Speakers are expected to recruit fully paid participants. The required number of bookings for each speaker may differ depending on the cost of the trip and must be paid and all participants payments completed before the specified deadlines by Convaya Travel. This is usually minimum of one person, terms and conditions are set by Convaya Travel during meetings. All speakers must adhere to rules set by Convaya Travel.
All speakers are required to market and promote the trip using social media and their own networks , marketing material will be supplied and scripts for video by Convaya Travel. It is the responsibility of the speaker to ensure and promote each trip with maximum efforts to obtain maximum results.
Please be advised that we do not provide financial remuneration for speakers or other participants. This arrangement operates on a mutually agreed barter exchange basis with Convaya Travel. EACH speaker must add tangible value to each project and trip - measurable and satisfied by Convaya Travel during meetings standards are set and each speaker much bring to the meetings all concerns.
The trips are not controlled by Eryca Freemantle Ltd. Our speakers are recommended
by us but Convaya Travel do have the final decision on all matters.
All visa required for speakers will be provided by Convaya Travel unless otherwise specified.
Convaya Travel permits all speakers to promote and offer their professional services during the trips at no additional cost.
All terms and conditions, including trip arrangements and speaker roles, are subject to change at any time.
Speakers are not required to provide materials when doing their sessions as materials are provided and created by Con
Participants are responsible for securing their own travel insurance. While Convaya Travel may offer an option to acquire insurance through their services, Eryca Freemantle Ltd. is not liable for any insurance matters. We do recommend all speakers have their own insurance in place before departure.
