   •   Advertising campaigns

   •   Event highlights and recaps

   •   Educational resources

This permission applies to all forms of media, whether shared publicly or privately, and includes worldwide use without restriction.

All intellectual property rights to the captured materials are owned exclusively by Eryca Freemantle Ltd. No compensation will be provided for the use of these materials.

However, by attending Eryca Freemantle Ltd events or participating in interviews, you acknowledge and agree that your likeness may appear in media shared publicly or privately, and Eryca Freemantle Ltd bears no responsibility for third-party usage of publicly available media.

Indemnification

By attending an Eryca Freemantle Ltd event or participating in interviews, you agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eryca Freemantle Ltd, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the use of photos, videos, or audio recordings, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or copyright infringement.
