About Eryca
The Journey
Many people first came to know me through my international career within the beauty industry, and I remain incredibly proud of everything that journey has given me.
It opened doors around the world. It introduced me to exceptional people. It allowed me to educate thousands of professionals, build international partnerships and contribute to an industry that transforms confidence as much as appearance.
But more importantly, it taught me something that has shaped everything I do:
People buy people.
Not titles. Not accolades. Not perfectly polished presentations.
For more than 40 years, alongside my international career, I have worked closely with leaders, entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals and private individuals, supporting them through divorce, bereavement, depression, burnout, career transition, redundancy, emotional abuse, financial abuse, loss of confidence and significant life change.
I have celebrated extraordinary successes with people, and I have stood beside them during some of their most challenging moments.
Over the last few decades, I have continually invested in my own personal and professional development. I am a Counsellor, Coach and Emotional Intelligence Expert, enabling me to support people with greater depth, understanding, compassion and accountability.
Some conversations have taken place in boardrooms. Some after keynote speeches. Some over coffee. Some on aeroplanes. Some in complete confidence behind closed doors. The location has never mattered. The trust has.
Looking back, I now understand that transformation has never been a new direction for me. It has always been the thread running through my life's work. The beauty industry gave me an extraordinary platform. People gave me my purpose.
